Notes:  This "mini-set" was issued as a complete factory set in a cello pack. Future instalments 
may be produced, leading to a larger series of sets. I had reports of two promos, but we're 
not sure that P1 exists, or if all copies were PR1. Can anybody confirm the existence of P1?
