Notes: These preview sets were distributed separately at the 2002 and 2003 NEC 
Memorabilia Shows in Birmingham, but the full series was not released. Factory 
Entertainment used much of the copy and completed autographs for its 2010 
Volume 2 series. Both series are marked as Limited Editions of 300 sets. Thanks
