Aviary & Cage Birds (Regular Cards) (Transfers) John Player & Sons - 1933
Notes: Cards are approximately 1-3/8" x 2-5/8", and feature colour artwork. A large-format set with the same name was issued in 1935. Two varieties were printed: regular cards, with descriptive text on card backs; and transfers (decals) with application instructions on card backs. (Front images and text are reversed.) The set was reprinted in 1987. Many thanks to Kyle DeRoy for the original checklist!
