Notes:  Cards from this 3-1/2" x 5" promo sets were distributed at the 2009 San 
Diego Comic Con, to promote the upcoming movie release. The movie website 
allowed you download a printable version of the cards, and then to use either 
the cards, the printout, or a booklet to view the scenes in 3-D by using a computer with 
a webcam.
