Notes: The maxi-cards measure 2-1/2" x 7" and were distributed as a boxed set of 14 
cards. Only one promo card has been reported: card 13 with two stickers attached to 
the back; a top sticker describes the set while the sticker at the bottom of the card 
gives the address for orders and payments. Thanks much to Albert Joseph for the
