Notes: Joan Girard confirms that the five M1-M5 promo cards listed below were exclusive to DVDs distributed through Suncoast Video. Thanks much to Isabelle (Jademaliburoad) for reporting that the David Boreanaz autograph card misspelled his dog's name as "Big Bertha," and David graciously allowed Inkworks to correct the name to "Bertha Blue" by hand before the cards were inserted into packs. Reportedly, Bertha Blue accepted the change with good humor. Further information and scans are posted at the Inkworks website.
