Flags of All Nations - Soldiers of the World Topps - 1949
Notes: These 7/8" x 1-7/16" cards are double-sided, with flags on canvas fronts and color illustrations of soldiers on glossy backs. Cards aren't numbered, but each card corresponds to an entry in the 1950 "Parade: Flags of All Nations" series, which was a reconfiguration of the material; card "numbers" are often assigned based on that set's numbering; these are shown below. No set or manufacturer is shown, only "Litho. in U.S.A." on card backs. The series if often referenced merely as "Flags" but this makes it easy to confuse the cards with those of other series. American Card Catalog reference is R714-7. Scans are posted at the Vintage Non-Sports Cards gallery.
