Notes:  This "premiere limited edition set" was printed on heavy paper, thinner
than usual card stock. It features original newspaper advertisements for some
of the most "important" splatter, campy horror, and adult horror films. The set
came as a factory collection, numbered to 1000 sets. A later Platinum Edition 
repeated most of the cards but with major renumbering and a few additions/ 
corrections, so it is listed on a separate page.
