Notes:  These unnumbered cards were issued in a factory-sealed cello packs. They 
are unnumbered, and the title is slightly different from the 36-card (plus cover card) 
set issued separately by Maxx. The back of the title card states: "NASCAR 
McDonald's Presents McDonald Racing Team Limited Edition Collector Series."
