Notes:  These cards were issued periodically to comic dealers to advertise
the Marvel series that were serialized over multiple copies of "annual"
omnibus issues.  Each card consists of a picture within a white border.  Above
the picture appears the word "Annuals", while one corner of the picture
contains the card number.  I love the chance to give a checklist of checklists. ...
