Notes: Well, it looks like it is useful to provide information on sets that were
cancelled or postponed, but for which at least three cards are available.  Though
the 50-card set was never produced, "The Dude" maintains a nice website.
A two-phone-card set was issued in 1994 to promote the comic. Thanks much
to Uschi Lohnes for the tip!
