Notes: This 9-card unnumbered set was intended for distribution singly at theatres.
The backs have a 2004 calendar (same design for all calendar cards), showing 2004
by month on a sky background with images of the cast around the card edge. All
card fronts except the first have a large "2" logo at the lower right. Thanks much to
Dori Smith for the scans used to develop the checklist!
