Notes: This card set was from 1993. Some of the names on the list are no longer Wanted, and have served time and been released to become productive members of society. Please do not use the historical list from a card set as a basis for pursuing, harming, or persecuting any individual. The families of Randall Gene Veihl and Donald Anthony Durant specifically wish to report that these men should be removed from any lists of concern. The die-cut "target" card SP1 is usually considered to be part of the common set. The Counterterrorism Set was available as a send-in offer described on (and requiring) Card #100.
