Classic WWF (Series I)
Classic Games Inc. - 1990

Notes: Okay, I think I know most of what is going on with this series of sets.
From information kindly provided by Tony Vela, I now know that there were 
four different series that are called "Classic WWF." The list below belongs to a 
145-card "Series I" set that is usually marked with a 1990 copyright date, though 
some cards and promos can be found marked 1989. Cards in the sealed factory 
set, plus packaging in regular, jumbo, and blister packs,  all seem to have the 
1990 markings. The card backs stating 1990 have different sets of markings, 
apparently within the same printing; generally including "© 1990 TitanSports 
Inc. All Rights Reserved. -- © 1990 Classic Games, Inc. A subsidiary of The 
Score Board, Inc. All Rights Reserved" in one order or another.  Some cards 
add "® Registered Trademark of TitanSports, Inc." Hogan cards  refer to 
Marvel Comics Group's trademarks as well. Some cards have no copyright 
marks. So this definitely qualifies as a "1990(1989)" series.  The Logo cards 
in Series I packs come in two varieties, probably also related to their use in 
the earlier set: one version that mentions a Logo Contest, and one version 
that doesn't.

The other Classic WWF series include a 1989 set that was obviously the 
prototype for "Series I" because most of the cards were (nearly) identical to 
those listed below. This set, and two others that followed Series I, are check-
listed at www.tradingcards.com: 1989 WWF Classic, 1990 WWF Classic 
Series 2: The History of Wrestlemania, and 1991 WWF Superstars Cards

"1991 WWF Superstars" is very similar to Series I, though many of the
