Country Gold [Series 1, Premiere Edition]
Sterling - 1992

Notes:  Regular cards are not UV-coated.  Also produced were two parallel sets: one with
UV coating, and one with UV coating and gold-leaf writing.  This set is often confused
with another "Country Gold Autograph Series" issued in 1992 that featured 41 cards with 
blank spaces suitable for obtaining autographs. Five promo cards were distributed as a 
cello-wrapped set, and these cards promote both the "Premiere" and "Autograph" series.
But we think that these were originally planned to be a single set, because at least one 
autograph series card (Sawyer Brown) has been found in packs of the premiere edition, 
signed by Mark Miller and also numbered to 1000.
